Its activities are coordinated by UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (OREALC/UNESCO Santiago).

  • To produce information on learning outcomes and analyse factors associated with educational achievement.
  • Give support and advice to measuring and evaluation units of the countries, and
  • to be a space to debate, share and reflect on new approaches to educational evaluation.
